Favorable Pricing. The Prices, terms, and conditions under this Agreement must be equal to or better than those offered to most favored, or similarly situated customer of Supplier, except the federal, state, or local government. If Supplier is not in compliance, Broadlane and Supplier shall amend this Agreement to provide the more favorable terms.
