FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. SECTION 1. The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, if it grants to any other Employer in the Flooring Industry any better terms or conditions than those set forth in this Agreement, such better terms or conditions shall be made available to the Employer under this Agreement, the Union shall immediately notify the Employer of any such concession, except: (a) If it is mutually decided by a Committee of Contractors and District Council No. 16 that a job should be considered for a special job project agreement, said Agreement must be ratified by the membership of District Council No.
