Faxed Signatures. The parties agree that faxed signatures may be used to expedite the transaction contemplated by this Contract. Each party intends to be bound by its faxed signature and each is aware that the other will rely on the faxed signature, and each acknowledges such reliance and waives any defenses to the enforcement of the documents effecting the transaction contemplated by this Contract based on a faxed signature. Faxed Signatures. Any Party may deliver its signed duplicate of this Agreement to any other Party by facsimile transmission, and such delivery shall be deemed made and completed upon receipt of such facsimile transmission by such other Party. Any Party delivering a signed duplicate by facsimile transmission shall promptly send the duplicate original bearing its original signature to such other Party, provided that a delay or failure to do so shall not negate the effectiveness of the delivery made by the facsimile transmission.

Faxed Signatures. Any signed document transmitted by fax shall be considered an original document and shall have the binding and legal effect of an original document. The signature of any Party upon a faxed document shall be considered an original signature.

Faxed Signatures. The parties agree that facsimile signatures of authorized representatives of the parties shall legally bind the parties to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as if the signatures were original and shall be considered evidence of a fully executed Agreement. * Portions of this document omitted pursuant to an application for an order for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 24b-2 under the Exchange Act. Faxed Signatures. Faxed signatures shall be deemed to be the same as original signatures.

Faxed Signatures. Telecopied signatures shall be deemed originals, but each Party transmitting its signature by telecopy shall thereafter deliver an original signature page to be appended to this Agreement.

Faxed Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterpart copies, all of which counterparts shall have the same force and effect as if all Parties hereto had executed a single copy of this Agreement. Delivery of executed copies of this Agreement by facsimile or pdf transmission to the other Party hereto (or its legal counsel) shall constitute good and valid execution and delivery by the Parties hereto for all purposes, and each Party hereby waives any right such Party might otherwise have to challenge the validity of the execution and delivery of this Agreement by virtue of such facsimile or pdf delivery.
