Common use of FCC Analogous Consents Clause in Contracts

FCC Analogous Consents. Subject to Section 7.8(e), within ten (10) Business Days after the date of the Original Agreement, the Sellers and/or the Buyer, as applicable, shall each file or cause to be filed with any state or local regulatory authorities analogous to the FCC applications for the approval of the assignment of the FCC Analogous Licenses. The Sellers and the Buyer shall prosecute such applications with all reasonable diligence and otherwise use their reasonable best efforts to obtain grants of approval as expeditiously as practicable. The Buyer shall bear the fees payable to the state and local regulatory entities in connection with the preparation and filing of the applications for the FCC Analogous Consents.
