FCC Rules Sample Clauses

FCC Rules. A copy of FCC Rule 76.309 as in effect on the date of this Franchise Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

FCC Rules. DTJBI understands that it is a violation of Federal law to accept or agree to accept anything of value, other than DTJBI's compensation as provided for herein, for promoting any product, service or venture in or associated with the Program. Accordingly, DTJBI agrees for the benefit of the Company, that neither DTJBI nor ▇▇▇▇▇ shall violate any laws, rules or regulations from time to time proscribed by or under the regulation of the Federal Communications Commission, and if approached or otherwise contacted by a third party to violate any such laws, rules or regulations, DTJBI or ▇▇▇▇▇, as the case may be, shall promptly notify the Company's of any such occurrence.

FCC Rules. The Seller is, and has always been, in compliance with all relevant FCC rules and regulations except for any non-compliances which, individually or in the aggregate, would not materially adversely affect the ability of the Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

FCC Rules. Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, nothing herein shall in any way limit the rights and remedies of Seller or Buyer under FCC Rules. Furthermore, this Agreement is subject to FCC Rules and it is the Parties’ intention that the Agreement and all actions taken pursuant hereto shall be in full compliance with FCC Rules and any other applicable Laws.

FCC Rules. Violation of FCC rules and regulations by a BVWACS Party or any BVWACS Associate with which it has entered into a BVWACS Associate Interlocal Cooperation Agreement;

FCC Rules. FCC Rules" shall mean the rules, regulations and published policies and orders of the FCC.

FCC Rules. The Buyer is in compliance with all relevant FCC rules and regulations except for any non-compliances which, individually or in the aggregate, would not materially adversely affect the ability of the Buyer to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and the completion Of the transactions contemplated hereby will not violate any FCC rules or regulations. Buyer or its designated subsidiary is, or prior to Closing shall use its best efforts to become an entity qualified to hold the Licenses pursuant to Section 24.709 and 24.720 of the FCC's rules, or any successor rules as a designated entity and a "very small business" as defined by appropriate FCC rules and regulations.
