FDD systems. Although the preferred duplex mode of operation is TDD in the frequency band 3400-3600 MHz, FDD systems may also be used. The duplex spacing for FDD operation shall be 100 MHz with terminal station transmission in the uplink band (3410-3490 MHz) and base station transmission in the downlink band (3510-3590 MHz). Only these frequency ranges may be used for FDD operation with regulations laid down in this Technical Arrangement.

Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
