FEASIBILITY REPORT. 8.01 A Feasibility Report shall only be prepared with the approval of the Shareholders’ Committee. The Operator shall provide copies of the completed Feasibility Report to each of the parties forthwith upon receipt. 8.02 The parties shall meet at reasonable intervals and times to review the Feasibility Report and discuss whether the establishing and bringing of a Mine into commercial production in conformity with the Feasibility Report is feasible or desirable.
