Federally Funded Engineering Services. The requirements for state funded engineering services apply. IDOT will audit invoices in accordance with FHWA approved auditing procedures (see Section 5-10.04). Upon completion of the audit and resolution of any findings, IDOT will close out the Contract Obligation Document (COD) and submit a final voucher to FHWA. The prime consultant shall complete Form BLR 05613 and submit to the district at the conclusion of the contract. The district will submit this form to the CBLRS along with the final invoice.
