Federation Mail. The Federation shall have the right to use the District mail service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship, or examination of such communications by the District. The Federation shall send the Superintendent a copy of all general distribution communications. The Federation shall have a designated daily pick-up and delivery point. This point shall be located wherever the site mailboxes are in the school where the current Federation President is assigned.
