Common use of FEE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

FEE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. Contractor agrees that the fee for the Project, as defined in the Contract and General Conditions, shall be percent ( %) of all Direct Costs of Construction, as defined in the GMP Contract, and that General Conditions shall not exceed percent ( %) of the Direct Costs of Construction per month, unless approved by Owner, as set forth on Exhibit 4 hereto.
