Common use of Fee Calculations Clause in Contracts

Fee Calculations. All fees payable under this Section 3 shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, for the actual number of days elapsed, other than letter of credit fees under Section 3.4, which shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days for the actual number of days elapsed.
