Common use of Fee Collection Clause in Contracts

Fee Collection. All fees payable herein by the OWNER are exclusive of HST and, unless otherwise agreed herein or otherwise in writing, shall be paid to the AGENT when requested no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, together with HST.
