Fee Increase. TE shall have the right to increase the recurring service charges set forth in the Service Agreement, upon written notice to Customer (which may be given via Customer invoices), at any time or times after the date service is operative under the Agreement. Customer agrees to notify TE of any objection to such increase in writing within 20 days after the date of the notice of increase, failing which it shall be conclusively presumed that Customer has agreed to such increase. In the event Customer objects to such increase, TE may elect, at its option, to (i) continue the Agreement under the terms and conditions in effect immediately prior to such increase, without notice to Customer, or (ii) terminate the Agreement upon 15 days written notice to Customer.
