Fee Payment Methods. 1. Payment of the monthly fee amount shall be due by the final day of the month preceding the month in which the Company provides the Service to the Subscriber. 2. The Subscriber may select any of the four following methods to remit payments for fees. However, PayPal Payment (as described in part 4 of this section) shall only be made available to Subscribers who are based outside of Japan.
