Common use of Fees and Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Fees and Adjustments. The Fees for any Product shall be set forth in the Quotation. The Recurring Fees shall be subject to adjustments by Keyloop annually at a percentage rate equivalent to the change in the Consumer Price Index for the preceding twelve (12) months as published by Bureau of Trade and Economic Indices, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand.
