Broker shall pay fees and charges stated in the applicable Order(s), in United States Dollars, plus all applicable Taxes, within 15 days after the date of HWML’s invoice. These fees and charges shall be due and payable by Broker to HWML regardless of whether Broker uses any Services. In case of Termination for Breach or Insolvency as per Section 3.4.3, only the unused portion of pre-paid fees is refundable.
