Common use of Fees and Expense Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expense. It is agreed that Roth shall be paid a fee in the amount of $60,000.00 payable upon del▇▇▇▇y of the Pricing Recommendation Letter referred to in paragraph 3 above. Roth shall also be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in connect▇▇▇ with its duties hereunder in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
