Fees and Expenses, Decision of Arbitrator. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be borne equally by the parties. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Employer, the Association and the employees affected consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Expenses of Arbitrator ‌ Each party shall pay one-half of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.

  • Fees and Expenses of Arbiters The aggregate fees and expenses of the arbiters shall be borne equally by the parties. The parties shall pay the aggregate fees and expenses within thirty (30) days after receipt of the written decision of the arbiters (unless the arbiters agree in writing on some other payment schedule).   • Decision of Arbitrator The decision of the Arbitrator will be final, binding and enforceable on the parties. The Arbitrator will have the power to dispose of a dismissal, discharge or discipline grievance by any arrangement which they deem just and equitable. However, the Arbitrator will not have the power to change this agreement or to alter, modify or amend any of its provisions.

  • Expenses of Arbitration Each party shall pay one-half of the fees and expenses of the Arbitrator.

  • Expenses of Arbitration Board ‌ Each party shall pay: (a) the fees and expenses of the nominee it appoints; and (b) one-half of the fees and expenses of the Chairperson.
