Common use of Fees and Expenses of Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expenses of Warrant Agent. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration in an amount separately agreed to between the Company and the Warrant Agent for its services as Warrant Agent hereunder and will promptly reimburse the Warrant Agent, promptly following any demand therefor, for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

The Company agrees to pay to the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration in an amount separately agreed to between the Company and the Warrant Agent for its services as Warrant Agent hereunder and will promptly reimburse and, from time to time, on demand of the Warrant Agent, promptly following any demand therefor, for all expenditures that to reimburse the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur for all of its reasonable expenses and counsel fees and other disbursements incurred in the preparation, delivery, negotiation, amendment, administration and execution of this Warrant Agreement and the exercise and performance of its duties hereunder.
