Fees and Limitations. The use of funds is subject to the fees, charges, and limits in the Schedule of Fees. These limits apply in the aggregate to use by all Card Users and may apply individually to Card Users. Non-Performance of a Transaction. The Bank is not responsible or liable for any claim arising from or related to the refusal or delay of any Visa Merchant, Visa ATM operator, Visa Bank or other person to honor or return a Card or perform any action regarding the Account.
Fees and Limitations. The loading of funds is subject to the fees, charges, and limits in the Schedule of Fees. These limits apply in the aggregate to use by all Card Users and may apply individually to Card Users. For purposes of daily limitations, the Bank uses a rolling 24-hour period. Availability of Funds. The Bank’s policy is to make funds loaded to the Account or a Card available to the appropriate Card User(s) on the day the Bank receives the funds, subject to the terms of this Agreement (including provisions relating to negative balances).
Fees and Limitations. You authorize us to deduct the fees and charges, as set forth in the Fee Schedule, directly from your Account or Premier Account as transactions set forth on the Fee Schedule are incurred. We reserve the right to, from time to time, revise, modify or add fees to the Fee Schedule or modify the Transaction Limits, and will notify you in advance of such changes as required by law. You acknowledge that by maintaining, and/or continuing to use your Account or Premier Account, you agree to any such changes to the Fee Schedule. You agree to pay any additional reasonable charges for additional Services you request which are not listed in the Fee Schedule. Unless you have electively upgraded your Account to a Premier Account your Account fees will apply. Upon upgrade to the Premier Account, the Premier Account fees will apply.

Timing of Transfers. Transfers to remove the funds from the Sender’s Account may take place immediately. However, the timing of funds received depend on when the Recipient responds to the email and when their financial institution posts the Transfer. The posting of the Transfer is dependent on the business days and practices of the receiving institution. Issues Affecting the Posting of Transfers. You authorize us to debit your account to complete the Transfer you request. If you are receiving funds, you authorize the Bank to credit your Account using a Network.
