Common use of Fees and Other Amounts Payable to the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Fees and Other Amounts Payable to the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer and the Trustee, as successor Master Servicer, shall be entitled to either retain or withdraw from the Master Servicer Account, (a) amounts necessary to reimburse itself for any previously unreimbursed Advances and any Advances the Master Servicer deems to be non-recoverable from the related Mortgage Loan proceeds, (b) an aggregate annual amount to indemnify the Master Servicer for amounts due in accordance with Section 8.01(b), 8.11 and 8.12 hereof, and (c) any other amounts that it or the Trustee, as successor Master Servicer is entitled to receive hereunder for reimbursement, indemnification or otherwise. The Master Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder and shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefor except as provided in this Trust Agreement.
