Common use of Fees and Pricing Clause in Contracts

Fees and Pricing. 8.1.1. In return for the performance of the Services, and for the Intellectual Property Right licences granted by the Service Provider to the Customer in connection with the Server, and with TrackLog® and/or, as applicable, TrackLog®App, the Customer shall pay the Service Provider an amount as indicated in the Order Form. 8.1.2. The fee payable shall be based on the chosen Subscription and the number of Products connected to TrackLog®. 8.1.3. The fee shall constitute financial compensation for the licences granted by the Service Provider to the Customer in connection with any and all Intellectual Property Rights in its possession and under the terms and conditions set out in Art. 11. 8.1.4. Access to the Options shall be dependent on the prior payment, by the Customer, of the fixed fee stated in the Order Form.
