Fees and Reimbursements. Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 4.06, the Company shall pay no fees or reimbursements to a Member or any Affiliate of a Member including any charge or reimbursement for general overhead or administrative services or for reimbursements for salaries or benefits of employees.
