Common use of Fees Collected Clause in Contracts

Fees Collected. 4.1 All building permit fees and by-law fines, licencing fees, administrative monetary penalties or any other fee collected shall be collected and retained by Member Municipalities having jurisdiction over the collected fees. 4.2 The Director will review and propose amendments to fees, fines, penalties, licensing fees, administrative monetary penalties or any other fee, when appropriate or as directed by policy or legislation.
