Fees Duration Payment Sample Clauses

The "Fees, Duration & Payment" clause defines the financial terms, time frame, and payment procedures governing the agreement. It typically outlines the amount to be paid, the schedule or milestones for payment, and the overall period during which the contract is effective. For example, it may specify whether payments are due upfront, upon completion of certain tasks, or on a recurring basis, and clarify what happens if payments are late. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations and the timeline of the agreement, reducing the risk of disputes over payment or contract length.
