Common use of Fees, etc Clause in Contracts

Fees, etc. On the Effective Date, the Borrowers shall have paid to the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arranger, the Collateral Agent and each Lender all costs, fees and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) and other compensation contemplated hereby payable to the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arranger, the Collateral Agent or such Lender to the extent then due.
