Fees, Expenses and Payment Terms. 4.1 Unit, Business Partner Transactions 4.4 shall only apply to direct transactions between Liferay and Customer. In the event that Customer acquires Services from a Business Partner, Sections 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 will not apply but the applicable fees, payment terms and taxes will be as agreed separately between Business Partner and Customer.
