Common use of Fees for Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Fees for Additional Services. The Consultant may be authorized to perform Additional Services for which additional compensation and/or Reimbursable Expenses, as defined in this Agreement under Sections B3.53 and B3.35 respectively, may be applicable.
