Fees or Other Compensation. Pursuant to the Trust’s Rule 12b-1 Plan of Distribution, Minnesota Life shall receive 12b-1 fees in connection with this Agreement in such amounts and subject to such terms as are set forth in the separate Fund Shareholder Services Agreement between Minnesota Life and the Trust’s distributor, Securian Financial Services, Inc.
