Common use of FEES PAYABLE BY LICENSEE Clause in Contracts

FEES PAYABLE BY LICENSEE. 5.1. The Licensee shall pay an annual licence fee in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) for the licences granted under section 3 of this Agreement. 5.2. All annual licence fees are payable in advance and in full on or before the first (1st) day of September in each year of the Term. 5.3. In addition to annual licence fees, the Licensee shall pay rental fees for use of the Facility under section 4 of this Agreement, which shall be the standard rental rates set by the Town each year. 5.4. The Licensee shall pay all rental fees within thirty (30) days after the ice time to which they relate, failing which the licence granted to the Licensee under subsection 3.2 shall be suspended and the Licensee shall forfeit all scheduled ice time until all outstanding rental fees are paid in full.
