Common use of Fees Payment Clause in Contracts

Fees Payment. You agree to pay the fees described in each SOW. If the SOW does not include a fee schedule, then you agree to pay us on an hourly basis pursuant to our then-current standard hourly rate schedule. You are responsible for sales tax and any other taxes or governmental fees associated with the Services. If you qualify for a tax exemption, you must provide us with a valid certificate of exemption or other appropriate proof of exemption. You are also responsible for all freight, insurance, and taxes (including but not limited to import or export duties, sales, use, value add, and excise taxes).
