Common use of Fence Clause in Contracts

Fence. Developer shall, at its sole cost and expense, erect (to the satisfaction of LAUSD, in the reasonable discretion of LAUSD) a fence or other appropriate measure (the "Fence") to secure the Construction site to prevent access by non-Construction personnel and minimize risk of damage, destruction, injury or death. Subject to the applicable law, the Fence shall be, at a minimum, eight (8) feet high and constructed so as to prevent ingress and egress except through locked gates. Developer shall provide or cause to be provided to LAUSD a set of keys for the gates.

Fence. Subject to the applicable law, the Fence shall be, at a minimum, eight (8) feet high and constructed so as to prevent ingress and egress except through locked gates. Developer shall provide or cause to be provided to LAUSD a set of keys for the gates.
