FERC Tariff. Pursuant to this Amendment, Section 13, “Term of Service”, of the Agreement is amended to extend the effective date of the Agreement through January 31, 2034. After January 31, 2034, the agreement will continue until either party provides notice of termination in accordance with the applicable provision of Section 13 of the Agreement. All other terms and conditions in the Agreement shall remain the same.
