Fibers Counted. Fibers" referred to in this section shall be either all fibers regardless of composition as counted using the NIOSH 7400 method, or asbestos structures of any size as counted using the AHERA analytical protocol for TEM analyses.

  • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the ISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted at the end of each design phase in accordance with this Agreement. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants, the cost of land, rights-of-way, financing or other costs which are the responsibility of the District, including construction management.

  • Meeting Space and Facilities The Employer’s offices and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings, subject to the agency’s policy, availability of the space and with prior authorization of the Employer.
