Fictitious Business Name. No later than seven business days after the Record Date, the Foundation will submit a Fictitious Business Name Statement application in Sacramento County for use by the Foundation until the filing of its restated articles of incorporation with the California Secretary of State, and subject to the right of the Authority to object to the Foundation’s chosen name (if other than “Sacramento Literacy Foundation”), as set forth herein.
