Fictitious Business Name Statement. The Partners will cause a Fictitious Business Name Statement under the California Business and Professions Code to be filed and published, and will cause any amendment thereto caused by a change in the Partnership membership or otherwise to be filed and published in the counties in which the Partnership is doing business or as otherwise desired by the Partners or required by law.
