Common use of Fictitious Business Name Statement Clause in Contracts

Fictitious Business Name Statement. Upon the execution of this Agreement or subsequent change in the Partners of the Partnership, the General Partner shall, if the Partnership is required, sign and cause to be filed and published in the county in which the principal place of business is situated, a fictitious business name statement or similar document in accordance with the provisions of Applicable Laws. The Partnership may do business under any other fictitious business names deemed desirable by the General Partner in its reasonable judgment. In such case, and if required, the General Partner may sign and cause to be filed and published a fictitious business name statement or similar document as attorney-in-fact for all of the Partners.
