Common use of Fictitious Business Name Statement Clause in Contracts

Fictitious Business Name Statement. Promptly after the commencement of the term of the Partnership, and upon any subsequent change in its Partners, CHC shall sign and cause to be filed and published in Los Angeles County, California, a Fictitious Business Name Statement pursuant to the provisions of Section 17000, ET SEQ., of the California Business and Professions Code, registering the Partnership to conduct the Business under the fictitious business name of "CHILDRENS HOME SERVICES" in said county, or under any other trade names or such other similar names as the Management Committee shall determine.
