Fictitious Name. If Vendor has a fictitious name, Vendor shall submit to City a new Fictitious Business Name Statement approved by any California county before Vendor’s prior Fictitious Business Name Statement expires if such expiration may occur during the term of this Agreement, including any term amendment.
