Common use of Field Examinations Clause in Contracts

Field Examinations. The Administrative Agents or their designees shall have conducted a reasonably satisfactory field examination of the accounts receivable, inventory and related working capital matters and financial information of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries and of the related data processing and other systems.
