Field Photography Sample Clauses

The Field Photography clause governs the conditions under which photography may be conducted at a specific site or during a project. Typically, it outlines who is permitted to take photographs, what subjects or areas can be photographed, and any restrictions or approvals required before images are captured or shared. For example, it may require prior written consent from the property owner or prohibit photography of sensitive equipment. This clause serves to protect privacy, maintain security, and ensure that proprietary or confidential information is not inadvertently disclosed through photographs.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
