Field Replacement Units. G MEDICAL shall provide Distributor free of charge an extra supply of Products (handset and battery only or wireless device only) equal to Five percent (5%) of all Distributor Purchase Orders (“FRU”) which Distributor shall use for replacement purpose of any units sold by Distributor are returned.
