Field Rescue Services Clause Samples

The Field Rescue Services clause defines the obligations and procedures for providing emergency assistance to personnel in the field. Typically, this clause outlines the types of rescue services available, such as medical evacuation or search and rescue, and specifies the conditions under which these services will be deployed, including notification requirements and response times. Its core practical function is to ensure the safety and rapid assistance of individuals working in potentially hazardous or remote environments, thereby mitigating risks associated with field operations.
