File Management. 1. Project and parcel files will be kept in ROW Agent’s office. 2. Prepare invoices utilizing ROW Agent’s standard payment submissions forms with supporting documentation. 3. Maintain records of all payments including check number, amount, and date paid, etc. 4. Maintain copies of all correspondence and contacts with property owners.
