Filing and Recording Fees and Other Charges. Mortgagor will pay all filing, registration or recording fees, and all expenses incident to the execution and acknowledgment hereof, any mortgage supplemental hereto, and any instrument of further assurance, and any expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements) incurred by Mortgagee in connection with the Facility Documents, and will pay all federal, state, county and municipal stamp taxes and other taxes, duties, imposts, assessments and charges arising out of or in connection with this Mortgage, any mortgage supplemental hereto, or any instrument of further assurance.
