Filing as a Financing Statement. At the option of the Company, this Agreement, or a carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Agreement or of any Uniform Commercial Code financing statement covering the Collateral or any portion thereof shall be sufficient as a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement and may be filed as such.
