Common use of Filing as a Financing Statement Clause in Contracts

Filing as a Financing Statement. At the option of the Global Administrative Agent, this Pledge Agreement, or a carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Pledge Agreement or of any Uniform Commercial Code financing statement, and amendments thereto, covering all of the Collateral or any portion thereof shall be sufficient as a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement and may be filed as such without the signature of the Pledgor where and to the full extent permitted by applicable law, and the Pledgor hereby authorizes the Global Administrative Agent to file U.C.C. financing statements, continuations and amendments with respect to the Collateral describing the collateral property as “all property” or words of similar import, and to file U.C.C. financing statements, and continuations and amendments thereto, and similar documents with respect to the Collateral without its signature (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
