FILING BEFORE THE PUBLIC REGISTRY OF COMMERCE. Metro Net shall provide all the information and to execute all documents required or needed in order for Maxcom to be able to file this Capacity Sale Agreement before the Public Registry of Commerce and registered in the Folio Mercantil corresponding to Metro Net.
