Common use of Filing For Release Clause in Contracts

Filing For Release. If Preferred Beneficiary believes in good faith that a Release Condition has occurred, Preferred Beneficiary may provide to DSI written notice of the occurrence of the Release Condition and a request for the release of the Deposit Materials. Within two (2) business days of receipt of a written notice, DSI shall provide a copy of the notice to Depositor by commercial express mail. DSI will promptly notify the Parties unless DSI acknowledges or discovers independently, or through the Parties, its need for additional documentation or information in order to comply with this section. Such need for additional documentation or information may extend the time period for DST's performance under this section.
