Common use of Filing of Actions Clause in Contracts

Filing of Actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Employee will not file or pursue, nor cause or permit to be filed or pursued, any action for damages or any other relief against any Released Parties involving any Released Claim, and will neither pursue nor accept any further benefit or consideration from any source whatsoever with respect to any Released Claim.
